No phone answer, not shipped on time, no tracking number

I was promised that I had next day shipping by guy in costumer service from Woot. Now, nobody answering and my package hasn’t even shipped yet. He told me “don’t worry about it.”

Well, I’m worried.

This is my first time buying with Woot.
Feels like a total scam.

Hello. Checked with Customer Service and they only have one contact from you and it was pretty much the text of your post above.

I’m sorry if someone said it would ship the next day. You would have been shown estimated ship times during check out. Looks like it should ship by 2/24 and arriving by 3/3.

Please note that Prime status gives you free shipping, not next day shipping.

The number I called was 888-283-1913

I got ahold of the same guy twice in two consecutive days. I asked if I could speed up the shipping and he told me that he changed it to next day shipping the first time I talked to him and 24-48 hour shipping the second time.

I appreciate your efforts and very fast action on my behalf. I see I just received an email from a
customer service agent.

I’ll drop back in hopefully by March 3 with the notice
of the arrival of my merchandise.
