Order shown as shipped for 2 weeks and only label has been created. No response to multiple emails to Woot support.
Same here. They did finally respond to email and offered to refund or replace if the vendor had available. I asked to replace but not even a label yet. Pathetic service to say the least!! Certainly my last encounter with Woot.
Hello. I see that they answered you on June 17 and 20. Their replies go to the email address on your Woot account so make sure that is current.
You can reach out to them and ask that they reply to a different email address if needed.
