I bought a camera that would not work and after reading the reviews about it and learning it was the same complaint of many, I returned it. It was delivered back to woot or wherever the label said to take it on June 26th. Its now almost July 2nd and I have not gotten my $100 back and get zero response to emails. What the hell? Did I get burned? Is woot just a bunch of scam artists?

I’ll pass this on to a higher level, but there’s some time from when they get it, to when they start to process it, to when you get a refund.

Did you read the part in the return email that said, “Once your return is received at our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.”?
June 26 =1
June 27 = 2
June 30 = 3
July 1 = 4
July 2 = 5
You’re still within the processing time.
