Hi there. I don’t see a contact from you in our CS system. Make sure you reach out to them. For future reference, you can return within 30 days. After that, it goes to the warranty which in this case is NOCO.
From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
You missed the point, did ya? If you want to sell an impulse item on Woot, your price needs to be a whole lot better than Amazon.
How about a search engine and some summary sheets for Woot so that we don’t have to kludge around on the various pages to see what is listed. Now that makes too much sense, I know.
