I have used a metal bucket composter like this for many years. I bury it in my compost pile when it fills up. Worms love it, and the result is that I have a rich clean very healthy source of dirt for other uses, especially useful when repotting. The soil is created in a month or so, when the air temp is warm. Love this device.
