The texture and detailing of the moon’s surface really amazes me. It also makes an interesting contrast with the astronaunts.
This shirt is just awesome. The idea, the art, the implementation: brilliant.
Kudos to the artist.
Floating away is embarrassing, but at least it helped him avoid the inevitable painful pole-to-the-crotch accident.

The moon landing was faked. When they did the pole vault, they used wires. You can see them on the tape. Seriously.
[/quote]
Really dude, you can see wires on that crappy old low res film or do you just WANT to?
Due to the recent budget cuts, this is now the preferred method of moon departure…

I love the visor palm.

I do too, but does that astronaut’s body look a little weird/off to anyone else?

Yeah, just buy into all that government propoganda. Look, that pole isn’t even long enough. SO FAKE.

That’s what she said
the flying astonaut is actually also participating in lunar javelin toss, if you turn him counterclockwise a bit.
Houston, lunar olympics are GO.

Right then. I’ve got to get back to studying. Once more, hats off to Nick for the crazy halftoning (seriously, two colours - crazy), and major props to woot for printing such small halftones. I’m looking forward to seeing photos of the print.

The actual controversy is that the gold medalist was taking Star-oids
As a former pole vaulter, I bought the hell out of this shirt.

I got it, the oxygen tank on the back is off. It should be facing right behind him, but it’s tilted so it’s facing the front of the shirt…
It’s just tilted a little, almost as if the tank slide around from the back to the right side a bit.
This is actually pretty funny IMO and I rarely find wootshirts to be humorous or something I’d actually wear. To the artist, nice work!
I’m going to have to snag one of these when I get a chance (bz @ wrk)
ROFLMAO hahaaa… that shirt is hilarious! I actually found it funnier than it is probably because I pictured in in motion for some reason.

as a current non-rocket scientist, i too bought the hell out of this shirt
Did you know that the gravity on the moon is only 1.6 m/s^2?
