Okay, so lately I’ve been noticing a problem with Woot (and Amazon) in general.
I don’t seem to be getting email notifications about when orders get shipped at all.
Sometimes I don’t even realize that an order has been shipped, and it’s at my home. Sometimes, I wait for days for something to get shipped or updated on Woot, especially if it’s being shipped by UPS. Once, an order wasn’t updated on Woot that it was one of their orders shipped until the day I received it, but I got a notification from UPS for four days before that.
A couple weeks ago, an order from Woot! took multiple days to even get shipped at all.
Yesterday, I ordered a razor from Woot! and it arrived today. No communication at all, no shipping email notification at all.
With Amazon, apparently the notifications are from the Amazon Shopping App itself (which means I have to turn on notifications), but not Woot!, I think.
Can someone who works with the Woot! interface or something help me figure out why this keeps happening.
And I just checked the Woot! app and the notifications are about deals, no shipping notifications.

Seems pretty standard.
Woot doesn’t actually ship the items they sell, so things will come at different speeds depending on the vendor and warehouse it’s coming from.
No tracking updates is annoying, though
Hello. We know there’s an issue with USPS that we’re looking into.
For orders that ship from our vendors, they have to upload tracking which then triggers an email to you. If the vendor is late in uploading that information, the emails will be late.
If the item is shipping from Amazon, I have no idea what’s going on.
