Not responding to emails and phone system has been down for day.

Need to resolve an issue with my account, have sent several emails and no response, even the phone system is down. Have ordered from WOOT for years, first time ever trying to reach someone to resolve an issue, no help, Its dissapointing.

  1. Please don’t send multiple emails. It clogs the system and puts the tickets at risk of being marked as duplicates.
  2. Have you allowed 24-48 hours for a response?

Hi there. Phones are turned off if there’s not enough staff to answer them. I’ve sent a note to customer service to look into your contact.

Customer service number still saying “call not available” been that way for days now. If customer service is responding via e-mail, that is the problem, the e-mail on my woot acccount, i no longer have access, i have all ways used my Amazon account when purchasing things through woot. I need to return something but all RMA and account information is being sent to that e-mail address that i do not have access to. So need to talk to someone. Any ideas and/or why their phone is down?

Morning. CS passed your contact information to the group that will call you to get your email address updated. Make sure you answer all unknown calls as it won’t be ID’d as Woot or Amazon.

I do see that the phones have been turned back on as of this morning.

Thanks, i called, no one called me, but i did talk to someone around 10:30am est. explained situation and gave my information, was told someone would call or e-mail to verify and update my account information within 3-4 hours, its now 9:30pm est, and no e-mail or call. Will give it another 24hrs and see.
