Is there any way to get a notification every time there is a new or updated topic?

Like notified while looking at the forum site? Or a browser notification? Or maybe an email or text?
You can do stuff on the forum to get a little notification bubble in the top right, but that only helps if you’re looking somewhere on the site. As far as I know, they haven’t turned on email notification ability. 3rd party options might be your only hope…

I’d say that it’s a shame that Chrome notifications don’t work for all Woot notifications, but it’s probably a good thing.

Hi there. If you go to your preferences page here in the forums, there’s a variety of notification options. Unfortunately, they only notify you here. We don’t have email notifications… yet.
