I have a Penaover 10,000mAh Powerbank with 4 attached cables (USB-C, micro USB, Lightning and a fatter connector similar to a Lightning connector with 4 parallel embedded metal contacts). USB-C output is 3A at 5V. I have been happy with it so far.
I don’t think the makers of this product have an accurate grasp of the color navy blue.
