I feel I have to ask…Are broken blades on a butcher knife a problem? 
What are people doing thats causing them to break 
Will these knives simply fold in half and if so how many times 
So many questions…

I think they are referring to knives with ceramic blades, since they have modeled their steel knives to look like ceramic knives. A lot of people just start hacking away with a ceramic blade and then wonder why it’s broken.
