Product is announced as new, but mine came in a very damaged box, it was missing manual, missing hose, missing the plastic rolls and vaccum bags. Box had only the machine, the sealing bar, and power cord. Looks like an open box, not a new product.
Despite all damage to the box and missing accessories, the product works, I tested with vaccum bags I already had from different brands (FoodSaver, Anova and Kirkland).
The vaccum is just enough, but I have other smaller machines for domestic use which are capable of pulling more air, I expected better from a machine graded for professional use.
The vaccum chamber is of decent size, much better than the Anova which I also have and used quite a lot.
I’m not returning the product, it works just fine, but I want the missing hose at least, preferably all the missing parts.
