I bought this the last time woot had them. I like it. It combines infrared, convection and conduction cooking to speed the cooking process. Everything we’ve cooked in it so far has stayed moist, nothing dried out, even uncovered. It also drains any fat away effectively.
A few things to note: Unlike my range oven and counter top oven, most food items need to be flipped half way through cooking. Also, the MAX temperature is 350F degrees. I personally find this very limiting.
My husband likes this appliance. It’s versatile, easy to use, cleans up easily and, in the cinnamon color, looks pretty good on the counter.
