It doesnt have listed any shipping problems but Hawaii etc but when i try to buy the item it says it wont ship to NY
Can a woot service rep fix this or at least respond why it wont ship to NY

You posted to a public forum so any jamoke can chime in. If you require an “official representative” response rather than making an open post, may I suggest you write or call in?
Anyway, Woot has lists of where they can ship things and never have been able to say why except for local reasons.
Sorry I can’t be of more help.
It’s also a Saturday so “official staff” presense may be a bit thin.
