This is one of those endlessly rebranded items that get sold on Amazon. I bought one of these under a “different” brand name and it stopped charging after a few weeks. Pretty low quality and the fan was fairly weak.

Just got mine and it won’t charge. Works if plugged into a power source. Also wouldn’t recommend buying this product.
Make sure you give it a good long charge for the first charge.
