Is anyone else still waiting for their order? I placed mine on 12/2 but the status still shows as preparing for shipment. I contacted CS yesterday to get an update and the message I received is that no orders will be going out until after 12/6 with a 3-4 day cushion. Needless to say I didn’t find that response informative as it is 12/18 and I still don’t have my order.
