My dudes, what’s up? What’s going on? For a little while now I haven’t been able to see my clock in the top left hand of my phone when the app is open. It used to not be like that, and all my other apps don’t do that. So how am I supposed to be buying things at 3pm central time… when I cannot see my clock? Hmmmmmm? And why is this happening to me, hmmmmm? Is it just me? Does anyone even care? Doesn’t seem like it, since no one else has mentioned it.
Anyway, i was just curious what’s going on. And why I can’t see my clock. And if anyone cares. Thank you.

Don’t know if that helps or not, but I can’t see the clock when I’m using the app either.
Some thoughts –
My clock uses a white font, and the app uses the same color as a background in the area where the clock would be displayed. Could it be that white-on-white just isn’t showing because the pixels are all white?
I tried to look at changing the clock’s font color, but for my Android, there is a default color used.
So, maybe a theme change to your Home Screen might change the color?
Maybe a 3rd party app to adjust font colors?
There are a lot of “answers” and video "how-to"s out there. None that I found useful yet. But perhaps you will find one that is.
Maybe all of the above is hogwash and there is no way to keep the clock superimposed over the app?
I do hope that you find a solution and then share it with the rest of us. Because we all want to know what time it is.

Okay soooo I have an Android. The info on it saaaaays Galaxy s25. Android version 16… idk if you need that. Model is SM-S931U. One UI version 8.5. App version… idk? The latest? Hahahaha oh i see it says 6.2.2. And theeen my font is white. Let me know if I am missing anything… and then where to find it

I missed this thread until now but it’s happening to me, too.
That white bar at the top in the app is causing the issue.

To add further info, I just noticed that when you FIRST open the woot! app, there is a green background for about 2 seconds. The clock is clearly visible. White font over Green background. When the next screen appears, it’s white over white and clock is no longer visible.
I was able to snap a quick screenshot…

Just as a data point, i have the same issue:
Galaxy S24+, latest version of the app, up to date Android version.
