One of the worst smart locks on the market IMO.
Very noisy.
The motor actually spins to lock, then spins back so you can still use a key. Likewise vis versa. So it spins twice every time.
Lots of connection issues from what I read online.
You need to install a box on your front door where your doorbell may go, it’s battery powered, and you actually have to hit the power button on it before you fob in. There is a few second delay too.
Not a great product.
don’t post negative things about products during a woot off! Now we won’t get a new item in this category for a long time. Tell them how great it is so we can find some sucker to buy this and get on to the next item!!
