Old email address tied to account is fouling up a return


My account has an old email address tied to it that the system is not letting me update … however since tying Woot to Amazon Prime, all of my orders have processed without issue and my Amazon credentials have been referenced with orders. But now that I have an issue, I am unable to easily contact Woot’s customer support as they only accept a message sent from the site and it notes my old email address is what will be responded to.

How can I contact someone so I can facilitate a return? Thank you.
