Granted, if you look on their website, this is a good price. I keep my kraut in the refrigerator, and it keeps a long time. The shelf life seems short, but again, keep it refrigerated.

It’s so much better than the cheap stuff…
I got this last time and a couple of the jars molded in the fridge in like 1-2 months so I’m out on this deal. The kraut was good but not $50 good with quick spoilage. It also came messy wet with a note saying it’s fine to be wet and it’s all part of the fermentation process. I’m guessing I got some fermentation wet and some bad shipping/molding wet as well. Buyer beware.
