Has anyone purchased these and they’re already tearing at the sole? I purchased in May! Also, On loud has a warranty claim service to which I attempted to submit a claim. The product number is not a valid number and the OnCloud warranty claim site wouldn’t accept it so I could submit a claim. I’ve written to Woot and am waiting on a response as to whether these are actually authentic OC shoes.
