Everything looks ans sounds nice. BUT what is the WATTAGE???

Click on the specs tab to find out.

Edit: Only a couple places have it this cheap. Most have this for $399.

Does this unit receive standard a coax cable antenna? I cant seem to find it?

There appears to be an FM 75 Ohm connector under tuner on the left side.

Yes it does, it’s towards the upper left labeled FM

Check the specs. 100 watts/Channel two channels driven. It won’t do that for all 7 channels at once.

Is that update still not available at this point? Does it function just like a Chromecast Audio?

Incorrect, Sir!
$455 - $490 are typical prices for this “total home theater package.” with one $320 for a refurb unit.

Accessories4less has this refurbed for $320. Woot has this unit new for only a little more, not a bad deal.

The deal breaker for me is it not rated for 4 ohm speakers. Of you’re running all 6 or 8 ohm speakers, this isnt a bad deal for a nice Onkyo reciever.

Accessories4less sells the upgrade to this model, the RZ620 for $350, which is 4 ohm stable, however it is a factory refurb.

Factory refurb with the full MFG warranty. That’s equal so the A4L 620 is a better deal.

Jump on this deal only if you don’t need HDMI switching or a working remote. Both will go out in a short period of time on these Onkyo receivers. I know because I’ve had two crap out. The WiFi also went out on the last one. I won’t try another.

Interesting. Our Onkyo receiver is 10 years old and the remote still works fine.

The refurb from A4L is only a 1yr MFG warranty. This one on Woot is 3yr. Big difference for a receiver that seems to have it’s share of problems crapping out.

I bought this receiver and it works well for me and the price was the lowest I could find.

I have 4ohm speakers. Where can I find a good receiver that does 4ohm

The site I mentioned before, accessories4less has nice refurb units, you can search for receivers that are 4 ohm capable. I purchased an integra 40.3 for my home theater. It’s an awesome reciever if you dont need 4k capabilities, which I dont.
