Ooh! Stay clear! I had TERRIBLE experiences with their customer service… called to cancel service, charges continued, what a mess. You think cancelling Comcast is bad? Fire away!
I’ve had no issues. Under $5 a month (regulatory fees) and works great as a back-up line for the house. We have the modem/router/telo on a battery backup so it will work for awhile during blackouts too.
But have you tried to cancel service? There’s where you run in to the issues. I agree it wasn’t expensive - until I couldn’t get them to stop charging me, no matter how many times I called. CC company finally resolved it - should not have come to that. Buyer beware.
