Yeah, I believe this is evidence of the over-estimation of a potential market, and the inability of the technology to meet the needs of that market.
The Pico Projector would be a great thing to have, if it shed a little more light than your standard 40-watt bulb

Does anyone have an idea of how long these things last?
I’ve thought about getting one to use as a second monitor at work/home. I’d just be worried about burning the thing out to quick.
Wow. Never seen this before. I know there are some fake reviews out there but I looked this up on Amazon and there are 2 reviews, 1 month apart, both from different people except the reviews are identical. Word for word, format, everything.
Amazing.

These projectors would be excellent if you live near a black hole.

Wow. Never seen this before.
It gets more creepy… check this product, one of the 2 users who posted the duplicate reviews of the projector, also reviewed a screen, and there is a duplicate of THAT review by yet another person - http://www.amazon.com/Optoma-Diagonal-Folding-Mini-Pico-Screen/product-reviews/B004U28RA4/ref=dp_top_cm_cr_acr_txt?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1

These projectors would be excellent if you live near a black hole.
The gravity of the black hole would suck up all the light this emits, making it useless there as well.

I couldn’t resist still smirking at my clever self.
