Check your boxes if you ordered more than a quantity of 1.
I ordered 2, for a total of 12 brush heads, but only received a quantity of 1, for a total of 6 brush heads.
Have reached out to CS.
So… CS said “We are unable to create replacements at this time.”
… But the item is still available for purchase for 3 more days, but now without the 10% app discount I previously had available…?

Different issue. I ordered a quantity of 2, received a quantity of 1. Nothing to do with multipack break ups.
Morning. Yeah, this wasn’t an Amazon item. It was a vendor error. Let me check in CS to see how we can get you another set and not lose the 10%.
FYI: it’s often faster for us to refund and let customers reorder. Requesting replacements can sometimes take longer as we have to send an email and wait for a response.
