Make sure your billing address matches that of your card.
I also had a similar problem. I received an order confirmation from Woot, and had my card charged for an order that still says denied and has yet to ship. Does this mean the order is not coming and I will be refunded?
Hello. So the charges happen in two steps.
FIRST - Authorization Charge. This is a charge to see that funds exist and to go through security checks.
SECOND - The actual charge that reserves the item for you.
If the order is denied in the first step, the actual charge doesn’t go through. The Authorization charge will drop off automatically. How long that takes is up to your bank. Generally 1-3 days.
