Order Issues

I ordered shirts on Feb 13 and then again on Feb 18. The shirts I ordered on Feb 18 have been delivered the ones on Feb 13 haven’t even shipped yet. Yesterday when I called I got the run around. How do I get an updated delivery estimate on my 13 Feb order?

Hi there. The week that they would have printed was rather hellish for us with snow storms that took out power most of the week to the building with the printers, servers, etc. It’s possible the order got lost in all that mess. I do see that a Customer Service Rep put in replacements for all of them yesterday though so you should be seeing them soonish. The print team is working hard to catch up on all the orders. We appreciate your patience.
