order 'on its way to UPS' for 5 days

I ordered an 8th gen kindle on 3/7. On 3/13, the status changed to shipped and package tracking showed ‘On its way to UPS’ and its been on its way for 5 days now.

If it isn’t shipped and isn’t going to be shipped, I would like to cancel my order and buy this elsewhere.
