Order problem and more

June 13th I placed an order for a refurbished Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus. I installed it Saturday and it does not work. The battery is charged but does not click into place like most install videos show. In other words something is wrong. The email address tied to this account is through Amazon and no longer available to me. I switched my Amazon email some time ago. It seems I cannot return the item without customer service assistance due to the battery in the camera. I don’t know when phone calls are available but I cannot seem to time it right. Please advise. Thank you.
