ORDERS NOT SHOWING ON ACCOUNT

I have purchased two different keyboards in the last week both very pricey. the first was purchased thursday or friday and im sure i saw the order confirmation page. i checked yesterday (saturday) and the order was not on my account. I thought maybe i was crazy and just picked a new one and ordered it. i am positive i completed the purchase and saw the confirmation page but again there was nothing showing that i purchased it. its not even in my email!!! i will not be purchasing anything with woot until this is resolved!!! im pissed that there is no REAL and GUARUNTEED way of contacting this &*%$ing company!!! i have sent an email to customer support but i doubt they will respond. but in the off chance someone sees this i demand a way to speak with someone. @WootyBot @ThunderThighs

Did you wait 48 hours for a response after you sent the email?

Did you check your payment method to see if the transaction went through?

Is the email address on your Woot account the same as the one on your Amazon account?

i haven’t needed to do it often but fwiw i’ve never not gotten a reply from customer service, so at least in my experience it is real/guaranteed (just not “instant” or fast, as it does generally take 1-2 business days as @pepper114 said).

Hello. I don’t see anything recent on this account. Could you have ordered with a different account? If the order had gone through payment, it would show as either process or denied. But it would show.

@amrlion Make sure you check spam/junk folders. Some large email hosts (e.g. gmail, hotmail, etc.) hate us.

So i have confirmed with the bank the order didnt go through but i am sure i got the confirmation page so what could be happening that i am unable to purchase items?

As mentioned above, it would show up on your order history page, even if it subsequently was denied or cancelled.

Did you use a different account to make those purchases?

No the same account and email was used the order just didnt go through it was not posted anywhere its so weird.

Your order from today shows. There must have been a message about the orders that you didn’t notice.
