I think the Revolut card is mostly for the UK and France.
I think Dave is right. If the address on the card is different from the shipping address it might not let it go through. I’m no expert on this, so that’s a guess.
before this card i used another one from Brazil e got no problems. So the billing adress were different from the shipping address
i tried to buy again using pc but looks like will have the same problem since it still “processing”

Should I try to change my billing address on revolut to the shipping address I will use? Although like I said last time I bought on woot I used a brasil card which has a different billing than the American adress witch was in the order
trying again using PC did not work too.
i asked someone who has a revolut card and he said he aways use his card with Amazon US with no problem. So the problem is with woot

Unless I’m mistaken, Amazon US allows international purchases, whereas Woot only ships to continental US states for most purchases.
Try using a US billing address together with the US shipping address.
I am shipping to us. I tried again choosing on Amazon the shipping adress for the billing adress
But I don’t know if it will work. Will revolut give the information to amazon and then to woot that the address in my revolut account is not that address?
This pseudo science with “security” is a total disgrace. If we put in a probability tree all the possibilities to figure out what is the correct way to do that will end with millions of possibilities.
It would be so good if woot staff could just check if I have the money, charge it and confirm the order
1- With 2 hours should I expect to the current order to be denied too?
2- I don’t know if all you paid attention to it but there was not even a try to charge something in the card. Maybe woot did not made any request amazon to try to charge or amazon with information given by woot decided to do not try to charge?
3- woot support will never answer my questions? I sent messages using the link in the denied orders and another link I don’t remember now
The checkout widget, Amazon Pay, is owned and operated by Amazon.
You won’t hear back from CS for a day or so.
If you sent more than one message it’ll clog up the system and may get all your messages marked as duplicates.

And 3 assistants on Amazon chat and another one on phone said me “since it was a order with woot you should contact woot”
Woot is an independent subsidiary of Amazon, and they have their own CS.
Hi there. I’ll ask our team about it but it won’t be a fast answer. We use a 3rd party for security checks so it could be a while before it can be investigated.

i have reasons to believe nowadays the pseudo science with “secuity” is at a point were the people responsible for this cannot be reacheded and so when we try to solve this problem in amazon chat the associate try to skip the question passing the problem for the next associate. I will past it here to proof this
every time one order is denied i receive a email from amazon saying a unautorizad person had acess to my account. I am saying this in the chat right now and they dont asnwer literally nothing about it. All they do is say they will pass it for “the correct” team.
Then the next one do the same thing

i was going to paste there all the chat but it really made me sick and i am very bad.
all contact with amazon is extremally exhausting.
i repeat many times in the chat there:
1- all orders are denied
2- i receice a email from amazon saying there was a unautorizaed payment
3- my bank says there was not even tries to charge for these orders
and amazon want to transfer for “the correct team” in looping and int he end the say i should contact woot
this a total and frustratiing disgrace
my last chance would have to use a card that chages 7% plus but i am afraid by now after many tries there is even more red flags in my amazon account and every order will be denied
a total disgrace… if at least woot had the opton to do not use amazon payment and use the card or another method maybe this would be a solution
Unfortunately, Woot switched to ONLY use Amazon Payments earlier this year. Sorry.

I’m sorry but I don’t have an answer to that. Getting the card working for one customer that is outside our shipping area isn’t going to be a high priority, I’m afraid.
We use Amazon Pay only for our transactions.
just to be clear: my shipping adress in in USA.
i just got a email from woot with those suggestions using security pseudo science: suggesting i made error with billing, etc. Plus it stats saying my bank declined the orders. IT DID NOT, there was NOT any try from amazon to charge the order. My bank confirmed and i can’t see in the card activities any try.
