Which is a misspelled “own”. Kookie, ain’t it…?
Someone throw lye in my eyes, this woot-off is still going on.
And it still feels like badgers are in my pants!!!
Is it ok for me to say that, WOOT, is it?? Are you going to come after me with your… woot… things… your… Your woot, torture sticks??
I’m losing my mind because these speakers are so awful.
They look like that floaty death thing from Phantasm.
Yeah but the range on most wireless headphones really sucks. I have a pair of wireless Sennheiser that work great so long as I’m sitting right next to the receiver. The cool thing about these headphones is they pick up my neighbor’s cordless phone conversations and someone else’s baby monitor.
Not across the house… just across a living room, about 20ft or so.
I did finally (whew!) take the time to cruise some posts here and one comment turned me away from using these as surround speakers. Basically, the wireless delay. Where it might add a cool effect to the movie I’d be watching, it wouldn’t work for me, it’d drive me nutz.
Thanks anyway!
True. But I haven’t had one set that worked reliably. Probably because I’m cheap and buy crap, and probably because everything in our house is wireless. Except the cat.
I bowl on my Wii. Does that count? ![]()

Post your ccard#, exp date and CVV, when you need any of it, just ask any of us for it. I’m sure we’ll have it memorized by then!
GENIUS!!!
Or I could put a post-it on the monitor, but your way seems a lot simpler.

And, um, headphones have these things called cords, y’know? And when your husband and kids get up at o’dark AM these trip over those cords, y’know? And it wrecks everyone’s day when something gets broke – whether it’s a leg or Mom’s favorite headphones.
Funny how that works out…
