“Born from the belief that great extra virgin olive oil shouldn’t be an ocean away and powered by a passion to produce it” Honest at least, they have no passion to produce oil. why are we buying it? cheap? so many questions.
Any info on harvest date or expiration date?
From the listing page (on the specs tab if your page layout view is doing that):

I’ve not tried this product, but I do like California olive oils.
I think your reading comprehension is missing something…
That sentence is literally saying they are passionate to produce olive oil that’s made in the USA/not overseas.
I have to disagree with you Wooter772326458. TAYLORT5 has quite cleverly detected a funny grammatic ambiguity that could have been easily been fixed if they had said
Born from the belief that great extra virgin olive oil should be powered by a passion to produce it and not be an ocean away.
or perhaps more simply:
Born from the belief that great extra virgin olive oil shouldn’t be an ocean away and should be powered by a passion to produce it
So, perhaps we say on the internet, Woooosh!
My mentor once told me: Throw in the word Organic and jack up the price by 50%.
Passion is used softly here - to describe passion in the esoteric it would mean a labor of love. I sense a passion of money making. All businesses survive by making profit over loss - but when one laments a passion for olive oil production its meaning as they say has been lost in translation.
