I’m very familiar with these, and in a word,they’re awesome. Tough little buggers, that hold a ton of weight.
On another note, wtf do you have to do to get a response from customer service? I bought a propane generator a few weeks back as “new” and it had been obviously opened previously, parts were missing and the word “damage” had been written on the side. Two emails later and nothing. I expect more after spending $400+ with you Woot, not to mention all I’ve spent over the years.

Yes, they do, but with the shelves fully loaded they really aren’t going anywhere. Like most wheeled objects, only two wheels lock. you decide where to place them.
