Lost a similar one to a storm a couple weeks ago. Keep that in mind if you are considering one. Mine just went away, no debris field or nothing.
Note that this is from Origami’s lighter spec household line (RGH-04H) and shouldn’t be confused with the sturdier RGH-04 (currently unavailable on Amazon.)
May not be an issue depending on your needs.
Two months ago, I bought this exact greenhouse model on QVC for $79 to start my seeds. LOVE IT. One month ago, I bought another of this exact greenhouse model on QVC for $52 on clearence because I needed more growing room. STILL LOVE IT. Today, I bought two more of this exact greenhouse model here to give as gifts. It’s just a no brainier if you enjoy growing anything. Please be advised: there’s absolutely NO WAY this greenhouse can fall apart into pieces unless it’s chewed up by a dinosaur! This isn’t one of those old models with a butt load of plastic tubes that requires an advanced degree in engineering for successful assembly. THIS IS BETTER! It’s tubular steel frame is all ONE piece. If you can open an umbrella, you’re good to go. Literally you pull it out of the box, pop out the sides, click handles to lock, done. A monkey could do it. So if you’re in the market for an indoor greenhouse, you won’t regret buying this model. Especially at THIS price!
I hope this helps you! Woot on, peeps.
Do NOT waste your money on this. I purchased this from Lowes a few years ago. Immediately after I put this together, it began “walking” across my patio with the slightest breeze. Had to tie it down. The next heavy wind and mother nature saw fit to destroy it. Went into recycle later that month!!!
Just asking, are the shelves adjustable?
I’m voting no due to the foldable design.
THAT was my question. After reading the other posts, I wasn’t sure if this was suited to indoor or outdoor use. Certainly sounds like its light, but wouldn’t break into pieces or have pieces break should a wind knock it over.
Indoors…but where…let’s see, there’s, no…not there, not enough sun. Huh…maybe I’ll take the rest of this post offline.
