The unit in the middle is a solar panel that powers six LEDs at night to light up the bowl.

So will birds use it?
Since birds will use puddles on the ground to “bathe” in, I’m pretty sure they will use this if they happen to fly by and see it…For that matter the dragonflies will too. I don’t think either one would really care about human labels, even if they knew what a label was…although I bet the dragonflies would attract birds, you know, as lunch (or dinner)
