Sorry to see that happened to you. I hope it didn’t make too much of a mess. :hugs: After the shock & anger subsides you will laugh about it & realize you got some salvageable Oxiclean.

Mine never showed up. The box must’ve had a hole & it leaked powder throughout the transit system lol. That’s the only way I can see them actually stopping it before delivery. It made a mess in their house.
Not Woots fault in either situation.

I received cat litter like that one time :crying_cat_face:

Yeah…it made a mess all over the kichen table where we opened it and on the floor. Will b able 2 salvage some 4 sure…unknown how much yet…mayb lucky if 1/2… :crossed_fingers:

Yeah, it’s definitely taking a while. It left for USPS on 7/21. They’re slow but that’s a bit much. You might reach out to customer service.
