Package delivered to wrong address

Ordered a Samsung Home theater system from Woot. The confirmation email shows my correct delivery address. UPS delivered the package, with picture, to an address in a completely different state. Woot tells me the package was delivered to the correct address (it wasn’t) and that I have to file a claim with UPS. UPS says that as the recipient, per their contract with Woot, I am not allowed to file a claim. I have proof the item was delivered to the wrong address but Woot is basically saying that’s my problem and UPS is telling me it’s Woot’s problem. What is getting lost here is I am out $1,000 and 2 multibillion dollar companies are both pointing at each other saying it’s their fault while simultaneously screwing me over! At this point I do not want to do any business with Woot anymore. I just want a refund so I can delete the app and tell EVERYONE I know and don’t know about the horrible situation I’ve been put in and to not risk doing business with this company. You may never see your item or your money ever again. No phone number to call, just emails and it’s never the same email thread. You talk to different people every time and there is zero continuity in the conversations. Anyone who has had to deal with customer service knows how frustrating it is to have to repeat your story over and over again… meanwhile you get conflicting responses by each person! Worst experience of my life.
