Package not received - no email response -


I did not receive a package sent from Woot - even though FedEx says it was delivered (I get tons of stuff delivered every month and this has not happened before). I think the delivery guy’s girlfriend got a nice Christmas present.

Anyway, I emailed woot at the service email address (Fedex says there isn’t anything they can do, even though it was obviously their mistake) and haven’t gotten any response. Is there any other way to get in touch with anyone at Woot? Do they ever respond to emails? This is the first time I’ve ever bought anything from Woot, and it hasn’t been pleasant.

Am I just out of luck?
