Painful returns

I’m at my wits end. I love woot but there customer service for returns is really terrible. I have been trying to work on this for a couple weeks now. They gave me a return label with the wrong weight. UPS wouldn’t take it. They tell me they fixed it and said to use the same shipping label. UPS looks at it, sees the wrong weight, and won’t take it. The response back from customer service doesn’t even make sense now. I don’t know what to do. I just want to get this return done. Do I have any other options other then continuing this email circus?

UPS is being a jerk. The weight doesn’t matter. We have an account with them. The weight gets adjusted when it gets its first scan.

Sorry for the frustration.

Just go drop it in a ups box on the corner or in a ups store.

Thank you for getting this taken care of. I was having a hard time convincing CS that this was a problem and didn’t know how else to get this resolved. I appreciate your quick response.
