I recently got a all in one surround theatre system from Panasonic. Had problems right out of the box, and as of this writing its been 4 months and I’ve yet to recieve word on when my system will be fixed.
Do yourselves a favor and just pass on anything that Panasonic makes. Sooooo not worth the trouble.
I think you’re overgeneralizing. I have a Panasonic digital camera, electric razor and cordless phone set that have been reliable and quite good. I checked online for reviews first before buying. The reviews for this don’t sound so hot, and it’s a refurb. It’s possible what you bought had good reviews as well, I don’t know, but I’m happy with the stuff I bought.
This thing SUCKS. It doesn’t even work. And now I can’t return it.
This Blu-Ray player has a 90 day woot warranty. It’s only been about 60 days since this sale. I’d definitely recommend using the ‘support’ tab at the top of the page to contact CS. Be sure you include your order info along with your issue. Sorry for the trouble!
