Having been to Crater Lake myself I was really disappointed that I could not get that worked in to the sale. We were constricted by the 48x16 size as all images needed to be the same and from our collection of available images I was unable to get one that was both high quality and fit that panoramic constraint. We are constantly on the lookout to add to our collection and should we run a similar sale again I will be sure to try and find an image.
This is the difference between me buying it or not buying it. Please try to find out.
I cannot say 100% because the information is not tagged (just Colorado Rocky Mountains)on the image but I am 99.9% sure it is the San Juan National Forest in the Colorado Rockies. I did some extensive google image searching etc and am pretty positive that it must be where the image was taken.
