A very convenient way to keep your pet from roaming the whole house. Looks like it would be good for small and medium dogs, but my 75 pound dog would be over it or knock it over in no time at all. He even knocks over the ones that lock into the door frame with tension screws. I would also consider it for travel, a good way to keep your dog from bolting out the door in a motel room or other unfamiliar places where you might be staying.
