I thought Pebble/Fitbit wasn’t supporting these anymore. So who is reconditioning them?
Not a good deal. I just bought a Time Round New for way less. Not worth over $100 IMHO.

Pebble is no more and Fitbit is taking the servers offline and ceasing support as of the end of the year. It’ll still function after that time, though app availability may be limited.
I’ve seen the Pebble Time going for $35-40 and the Round going for something like $60, both new.
