Looks identical to the ones sold on eBay for $60, except for a different covering over the houses. Assuming it is the same, I have one and larger cats may have a problem fitting on the perches. I would say it’s good for cats under 10lbs, which mine are and they use it all the time, but my brother in law’s larger cat is too big to lay on the perches (he has one of these, too).
