Were you able to get in touch with anyone regarding the missing LAN adapter? Mine was also missing and I have not been able to get an actual person to talk to, only replies from a computer. Just curious how to resolve it. Thanks

Yes, I checked when I couldn’t find it at first, not there. I checked again when I read that post from another poster. I was really looking forward to giving this as a Christmas gift and with it being incomplete… well you know.

I’m sorry for the problem. You can contact Philips for the part. We won’t have it and could only offer an RMA.
