Is this 120hz? it says 60hz and also 120hz? Which one is correct?

If you’re talking about the Specs where it lists both, check out this helpful post from a previous sale. Let me know if you need further clarification!

Is NetTV something you have to subscribe to, pay for?

NetTV is just a way to access content on your TV via your remote. No subscription necessary, unless you’re accessing content from a paid service such as Netflix or Hulu+.

It arrived broken. Thanks a lot woot.

I have emailed as soon as I got it. Around 3pm on a Friday. I have not received a response.

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t heard back from your email inquiry.

I’ve gone ahead and forwarded your inquiry along to Woot Member Services.

Packing was terrible. Base was attached to TV and styrafoam blocks were on the bottom. Nothing to support the top. Had to have broken_before it got on the FedEx truck. Wrote to support and they said call Phillips. Sent pictures, etc. And waiting for reply. Screen is visibly broken at packing line. Not going to fix this one. First real problem with Woot. Very unimpressed at this time. Will update.
