Philips Avance Collection Pasta Maker White

Got one. Not impressed.
Mixing the flour and water together (keeping it simple) still needs time for the reaction between the two, to get a well formed dough.

This machine stirs everything together, somewhat haphazardly, and then quickly extrudes most of it.

The combine process isn’t consistent, and there’s typically quite a lot left stuck to the blades or sides.

I tried other doughs, like using wheat flour or black bean flour, and it’s not something I would do if expecting company.

But, for a quick plain AP flour/water/egg dough, it works OK.
