Philips Blu-ray Player with Wi-Fi & Apps

I received my BluRay player earlier this week. Tried it on multiple TVs with multiple different HDMI cables… it does not work. Powers on and loads the disc but that is all. No movie, menus, anything on the TV. Multiple messages to Woot support have gone unanswered. And, no, they aren’t in my junkmail/spam folder.

It looks like this Blu-ray player has a 90 Day Phillips warranty. I’d suggest reaching out to them, as they will likely take care of a replacement for you.

I Prefer to return it for a refund.

In that case, please be patient a little longer with CS. They’re really swamped and are working as quickly as they can to get people taken care of. Sorry for the wait. :confused:

My BDP2105 shows up in my list of Chromecast devices, I have not yet been able to stream to it…anybody have any ideas?

I ordered 1. I received a tracking number. According to FedEx it has not left Texas. I have emailed Woot twice and no response. Can anyone help me??

I’m sorry- it looks likely that it was lost in transit, I’ll check with CS now to see if we’ll be able to send a replacement.

Who has two thumbs, gotten the wrong remote for this unit, tried to get the correct one, and been completely ignored by Support? This guy!
