Can I hook this up to my PC and copy DVD’s?

Does this one use ALL dvd media?

no

It’s a refurb and it’s only got 3 stars on Amazon. I’m sceptical.

About this post

no it does not use DVD-RAM, if that is what your question is asking

It would be awesome if it could burn Blu-Ray. Then again, if it could do that I doubt you could get way with it being less than 50 bucks.

hilarious description. sounds like a number of people on this forum, too

CAUTION. Beware of orders shipping SmartPost. I’ve had an order sitting across town for 2 days now going nowhere. SmartPost is a code word for lazy bums.

sweet woot, Philips brand is world reknowned even upside down: 5dI7IHd

A DVR would be really nice. I want to record to a hard drive instead of a DVD.

Refurb to boot! bleh!

Hey, will this thing play AVI files, by any chance…? I’m a little confused about the differences between the two.

ud be lucky to get it near 500 for a good one

I have this machine. 90% of the time it records in encryption. Without the proper software you will never find your recordings.
